What it does: It stores Dragons. It can transform dragons into a light that can be stored in the Pendant itself. Specifically the actual Diamond. It is usually used by students wanting to sneak in dragons.
Creation Method: First, you need to find a dragon guarding an egg. Usually the egg will hold a Diamond. Retrieve this and take it to a blacksmith. You will also need to get metal that has been blessed by a Fairy Queen. This will allow the dragons to turn into light and be stored. When put together it needs to be put on the user. From then on it will only work for that person. Anyone else that gets te same pendant will not be able to retrieve the dragons or store dragons.
