Book Smart.

Rushing into the store, Athalia smiled with the list of books in her hand. Looking behind her she saw Aunt mai and smiled then the two looked around for someone to help them. Athalia looked at her list over and over again, titling her head slightly.

A man came over to the confused-looking girl. He had a very snappy suit and tie on and a book was tucked under his arm. However, as he was walking over to Athalia, he knocked over a picariously positioned pile of books. He stepped back, whipping out his wand. A green glow covered the books that littered the floor They lifted magically up into the air, repositioning themselves into their previous positions.
"How may I help you?" The man asked, putting his wand away again.

Noticing a very well dressed man coming towards her Athalia smiled when he asked to help her. " Yes you may. I need these books for my first year. Please and thank you." With the vioce of a well mannered leader she spoke confidence booming in her voice. Giving the man the paper she waited.

The list was short but Athalia was on an allowance, even though both sides of the family were stinking rich they wanted her to learn humility and so were strict on what she was given.

"Ah, that will be five sickles." The man told the girl as he pulled out his wand again, placed his book that was under his arm, upon a stack of other books and he pointed the wand at the shelves of books that lined the walls. He raised his hand, flicking it and calling out "Accio" with the name of the book he wanted. All 5 quickly came flying toward him but he gently caught them in his arms and handed them over to the girl.
"I hope you enjoy them. The 5 sickles please?" He asked, putting his wand away and holding out a hand for the money.

Handing the man the money she took the books " Thank you. " With a smile and a nod the two were off to do the rest of the shopping. Athalia sighed as she stepped out of the shop, her hair blowing in a light breeze that passed. " I can't wait to start..This is taking to long."
